We want you to love any item(s) you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving it.

Special orders are non-returnable.

Purchases from our inventory may be exchanged or refunded as long as they are in their original packaging and in the case of jewelry, in unworn/unused condition. Please notify Petroleum Quartz by email before the return. The client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured, to Petroleum Quartz. You must provide us with a Tracking number in order to receive your refund or credit. Credit/refund issued will not include shipping and insurance charges. We reserve the right not to accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.
